Description
Thick chocolate chip s’mores cookies with gooey marshmallows and melted chocolate. No chilling required and ready in about 30 minutes.

- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until combined.
- Mix in dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
- Portion dough into large balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake until edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Cool briefly before transferring to a rack.
Notes
- Use mini marshmallows to prevent melting away.
- Bake until centers look slightly underdone for best texture.
