Spinach Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and lightly spray with oil.
  2. Pre-bake the wonton cups until lightly golden.
  3. Mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the filling into pre-baked wonton cups.
  5. Bake until the filling is warmed through and the edges are golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  1. Squeeze spinach very dry to prevent soggy cups.
  2. Pre-bake wrappers for the crispiest texture.
  3. Serve warm for best flavor and structure.
