Ingredients
Method
- 1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with Cajun seasoning until coated.
- 2. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
- 3. Sear the seasoned chicken in a skillet with a drizzle of oil until golden and cooked through.
- 4. Pour heavy cream into the same pan and simmer 3–4 minutes, scraping up browned bits.
- 5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- 6. Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat evenly.
- 7. Adjust sauce consistency with a splash of pasta water if needed.
- 8. Serve hot, garnished with extra Cajun seasoning or parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt. Add extra Parmesan to thicken or more cream to loosen the sauce. The dish pairs perfectly with garlic bread or a crisp salad.
