Easy Caprese Dip

A fresh, vibrant **Easy Caprese Dip** made with mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, basil, and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 ½ cups fresh mozzarella cubed
  • ½ cup raw basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and gently toss to combine.
  3.  Drizzle balsamic glaze over the dip.
  4. Serve with dippers like crostini, pita chips, or veggies.

Notes

  1. For a baked version, add cream cheese or ricotta cheese and bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
  2. For vegans, swap mozzarella for plant-based cheese.
  3. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
