  • 1 cup whipped topping or Cool Whip
  • ½ cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 2 large apples sliced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers or toffee bits
  • A pinch of sea salt for garnish

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently to create a light cheesecake texture.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl gently for a marbled look.
  6. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers, toffee bits, or nuts for garnish.
  7. Refrigerate 15 minutes to set.
  8. Serve with fresh apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers.

Notes

  1. Brush apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
