- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted butter; stir until evenly coated.
- 3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
- 4. Place bottom halves in the prepared baking dish and spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly.
- 5. Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the chicken, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- 6. Place the top halves of the rolls back on and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
- 7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- 8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare the buffalo chicken mixture up to one day ahead for faster assembly.
For a crispier base, toast the bottom buns briefly before adding the filling.
Avoid microwaving leftovers to keep the buns soft; reheat in the oven for best texture.
