Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • cup milk
  • cup flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener
  • ½ to ¾ tsp baking powder
  • 1 –2 tablespoons flax meal

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F)
  2. Add all ingredients into an oven-safe bowl and mix until smooth
  3. Adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed
  4. Add toppings like fruit or chocolate chips
  5. Bake for 20–22 minutes until center is set
  6. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving
  7. Serve with yogurt, peanut butter, or syrup
