Sweet Chili Meatballs Crockpot made with simple ingredients, slow cooked until tender, saucy, and perfect for parties or easy weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb frozen meatballs
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot insert with non-stick spray or line it with a slow cooker liner.
- Place frozen meatballs into the crockpot.
- Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- Stir the meatballs, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot over rice or as an appetizer.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Freeze cooked meatballs for up to 2 months and reheat when needed.
- Reduce honey for a less sweet sauce.
