  • 12 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon crushed powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti until slightly under al dente and drain well.
  2. Shred or chop the cooked chicken and set aside.
  3. Melt cheddar and Velveeta with the cream of chicken soup in a saucepan.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes with green chiles, seasonings, and chicken broth until smooth.
  5. Combine spaghetti, chicken, and sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F until hot and bubbly, adding extra cheese on top if desired.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
