Description

These S’more Bars bring the nostalgic taste of campfire s’mores into your kitchen. With buttery graham crust, gooey marshmallows, and melted chocolate, this dessert is warm, comforting, and perfect for any season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows or 1 cup marshmallow crème
  • ½ cup chopped nuts or crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (for topping)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the pan to form the crust. Bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  4. Add marshmallow crème or mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer.
  5. Crumble extra graham crackers over the top and return to the oven for 15–20 minutes, until marshmallows are golden.
  6. Cool completely before slicing. Chill for cleaner cuts if desired.

Notes

  1. Use marshmallow crème for a smoother layer or mini marshmallows for a fluffier texture.
  2. Broil briefly for a toasted top, but watch carefully to avoid burning.
  3. Chill bars before slicing for cleaner edges.
