Description

This Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta is a creamy, tangy comfort dish made with tender shredded chicken, zesty Italian dressing, cream cheese, and Parmesan, all tossed with pasta for the perfect weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 (16-ounce) bottle Olive Garden Italian dressing

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

12 ounces penne pasta

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

2. Pour in Italian dressing, sprinkle Parmesan, and top with cream cheese.

3. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.

4. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to blend sauce evenly.

5. Cook pasta separately until al dente, then drain.

6. Combine pasta with the creamy chicken mixture.

7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and full-fat cream cheese.

If sauce thickens after cooling, add a splash of milk or broth when reheating.
