Description

Pink Lady Salad made with Cool Whip, pineapple, and strawberry Jello. This easy, no-bake classic sets perfectly and tastes balanced every time.


Ingredients

  • 9 oz Cool Whip
  • 0.3 oz strawberry Jello mix (dry)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped pecans


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Gently fold until evenly pink and fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until softly set.
  4. Stir lightly before serving.

Notes

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple very well to avoid a runny salad.
  2. Do not add water to the Jello mix.
  3. Keep refrigerated until serving for best texture.
