- 0.3 oz strawberry Jello mix (dry)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Gently fold until evenly pink and fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until softly set.
- Stir lightly before serving.
Notes
- Drain the crushed pineapple very well to avoid a runny salad.
- Do not add water to the Jello mix.
- Keep refrigerated until serving for best texture.
