- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 8 crushed Oreo cookies
- Extra whole or halved Oreos for the topping
Instructions
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter to create the crust.
- Press the mixture lightly into the bottoms of serving cups.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
- Top with whipped cream or extra Oreo crumbs if desired.
