Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
- Mix in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
- Fold in flour mixture and chocolate chips.
- Melt chocolate and butter together and cool slightly.
- Beat eggs and sugar until pale, then add chocolate mixture.
- Fold in flour until just combined.
- Layer brownie batter and cookie dough in pan.
- Bake covered, then uncover and finish baking.
- Cool completely before slicing.
