Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk or cream
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate until smooth.
- Whisk in sugars until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Stir in flour and salt gently.
- Fill mini muffin pan two-thirds full.
- Bake until tops are just set.
- Cool completely before decorating with buttercream.
Notes
- Do not overfill the mini wells.
- Allow brownies to cool fully before decorating.
- Store at room temperature or freeze undecorated brownies.
