Description

A delicious and easy-to-make recipe for Crock Pot BBQ Meatballs. These meatballs are slow-cooked in a tangy, sweet BBQ sauce, perfect for dinner or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag frozen meatballs (24 oz)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup grape jelly
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. Place frozen meatballs in the Crock Pot.

2. In a separate bowl, combine BBQ sauce, grape jelly, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.

3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs, making sure they are evenly coated.

4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.

5. Once the meatballs are tender and the sauce is bubbly, stir and serve.

Notes

  1. For a spicier version, add a chopped jalapeño or cayenne pepper to the sauce.
  2. If you prefer a sweeter sauce, increase the amount of grape jelly.
  3. This recipe can also be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
