- 2 hoagie rolls
- 1 tablespoon butter or garlic butter
- 1 1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup shaved Parmesan
- Optional: avocado, sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
- Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
- Cook chicken in a skillet, grill pan, or air fryer until golden and cooked through.
- Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic, and Parmesan to create the dressing.
- Toast hoagie rolls with butter or garlic butter until lightly crisp.
- Spread dressing on the roll, layer romaine, add hot chicken, more dressing, and Parmesan.
- Close the sandwich, slice if desired, and serve warm.
