Description

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are crispy, creamy, and full of flavor. Tender chicken, melted mozzarella and cheddar, and a garlicky cream filling come together inside a golden toasted tortilla for the ultimate comfort meal — easy, quick, and totally satisfying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and heated through.

  2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.

  3. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a thick layer of the cheese mixture in the center. Add a handful of the seasoned chicken and roll tightly.

  4. Heat a clean nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Toast each wrap seam-side down first, then flip until both sides are golden brown and crisp.

  5. Slice and serve warm with salad, fries, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  1. Brush wraps lightly with butter before toasting for extra crispness.
  2. Use leftover or rotisserie chicken to save time.
  3. Store leftover wraps in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in an air fryer to maintain crunch.
