Description

Fresh cheesecake stuffed strawberries with a light, creamy filling. Ready in minutes, no baking required, and perfect for easy entertaining.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs


Instructions

  1. Remove stems and core strawberries
  2. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla
  3. Mix cream cheese with remaining sugar until smooth
  4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese
  5. Pipe filling into strawberries
  6. Top with graham cracker crumbs
