A quick, melty, and satisfying Cheeseburger Quesadilla that combines juicy ground beef, gooey melted cheese, and crisp tortillas for a fun twist on a classic American burger. Perfect for busy weeknights, it’s ready in just 30 minutes and delivers all the comfort and flavor of a cheeseburger in a handheld form.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain any excess fat.
Lay a tortilla on a clean surface and spread ketchup and mustard evenly. Sprinkle a layer of cheese, add beef, pickles, onions, and tomatoes. Add more cheese and top with another tortilla.
Cook the quesadilla in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Press lightly with a spatula for even browning.
Let rest for a minute, then slice into wedges and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
