Description

This Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese is crispy, melty, and ready in 20 minutes. Made with rotisserie chicken, real buffalo sauce, and perfect melt cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 to 8 slices Muenster cheese
  • 4 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles


Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, blue cheese, and spices until smooth.
  2. Combine chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch, and garlic.
  3. Butter bread and spread cheese mixture on one side.
  4. Add chicken mixture and sliced cheese, then close sandwiches.
  5. Cook on low heat until golden and cheese is melted, flipping once.

Notes

  1. Store leftovers wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  2. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispness.
