These air fryer chicken mozzarella wraps come together quickly with juicy seasoned chicken, melted mozzarella, and crisp tortillas toasted to perfection in the air fryer. They’re simple, comforting, and ideal for fast weeknight meals.

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1 egg, whisked (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
- Shredded lettuce (optional)
- Sliced tomatoes (optional)
- Red onion slices (optional)
- Spinach or arugula (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- (Optional) Dip chicken strips in egg, then coat in panko and Parmesan.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F and lightly oil the basket.
- Air fry chicken for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Lay tortillas flat and add mozzarella down the center.
- Top with hot cooked chicken and optional veggies.
- Roll wraps tightly.
- Air fry assembled wraps at 360°F for 1–2 minutes to crisp the tortillas and melt cheese.
Notes
- Store chicken separately for meal prep to prevent soggy tortillas.
- Reheat wraps in the air fryer for best texture.
